Yokohama Japan 17 October 2015
Well the big day arrived and the reason for coming to Japan was now upon us.We had seen Yuko and Cam met his family and his mates-taken Cam out and destroyed him so now we had to suit up and show up. The wedding was great !! Highly organised-it was at the Yokohama Intercontinental and went like clockwork.Non family were escorted to a waiting room complete with beer and then ushered into the chapel in the hotel.The nicest bit was Yuko and her dad bowing when they came in and Cam returning it.Ceremony done with now down to the balcony for photos and throwing silk rose petals.In for lunch short speeches then curtains up and a view of the bay.So a bit over orchestrated but everyone knew what to do as there were staff determining our every move which made everybody relaxed and happy-all in all a great atmosphere.Then off to a bar,Basil's Wine Stand with Cam's family and friends then we went to the good old stand-by the one and only Yokohama Brewery where we dined with an opera singing chef belting out excerpts from Carmen.
What a magic day and wonderful to see both families come together-Yuko's family was really welcoming and thw whole thing went off like clockwork.
